I have quotes for $10-$13k for 1000 sq ft loft and wondering if I should do it myself.I’m pretty handy after watching YouTube videos with stuff around the house, but somethings are better left to professionals.I would need to level the concrete and have a kitchen area with cheap vinyl tile that I was told I could level over.Then I would have to stain.The videos make leveling look easy but I’ve seen so many videos for 20 min projects that take a couple of hours.How dumb would it be to attempt a project so permenant? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/3duXXhK
