Anyone have experience with their Ardene order not being cancelled even when requested? I tried to cancel over two weeks ago but no luck and they still shipped it, so it’s arriving Monday. If I refuse the package will I still have to pay the $5 restocking fee? Super annoyed with their customer service because they don’t even allow calls through. Definitely will stay away from ordering online from them.
