I work from home, I'm also a homebody by nature. However, (And I know this sounds strange) I feel more "agile" when I wear shoes. Even walking around my house, I feel quicker a d more productive. I am more apt to stretch and exercise if I'm wearing shoes.
So, since I'm home 99% of the time, I'm looking for some shoes that are extremely comfortable and durable. They'll never touch concrete, wood, or grass. They'll never get rained on or muddy.
I am envisioning myself doing like Mr. Rogers taking off my outdoor shoes and putting on my indoor shoes. I'm told many brands of shoes nowadays are petroleum based and will break down over time even with zero use. What do you think?
