I love cooking with fresh veggies. Steam, stir fry, roast, saute, dip into a sauce, eat plain raw...the options are endless and tasty. But with the pandemic, I haven't been able to get to the grocery store as often as I would like, and sadly my frozen veggie game isn't strong. I know I can boil them (frozen peas, corn, Lima beans), microwave with some water (edamame), or throw into a soup.

What are your favorite ways to use frozen veggies? Extra points if it's easy/fast!
