As all FMF bois who've been around know, there is a clear difference in quality, and fit, of the Wallace & Barnes line of products, and J.Crew line of products.
I've noticed in u/FoodGoesInPooGoesout's post (seen here), he links to a product that is titled as Wallace & Barnes, and seems to have that premium retail price that correlates with Wallace & Barnes, however it does not have the Wallace & Barnes label on the actual product.
I checked other Wallace & Barnes products, and confirmed that they have the proper Wallace & Barnes label shown in the product image. example
This could be very well be a mistake of some sort, either on the title side or the label side, or even a decision. This is likely an outlier (as far as I know, I could very well be wrong) and I'd probably bet it is an outlier or some sort of mistake.
However, it is worth noting that J.Crew is under new upper management, and it is possible that the Wallace & Barnes line may be diluted on purpose in the near future. I would just stay wary of all the Wallaces & Barnes products you purchase for now.
