Recently landed the job I wanted so I wanted to fulfil a dream of mine and get a proper, top quality leather biker style jacket.
I was going to be one from Schott NYC. I was one click away from confirming my order when I thought: "Is this jacket actually top quality or am I paying nearly a grand for a name?"
There are so many brand names, it's like everyone and their cat makes a leather jacket. You've got All Saints, Schott NYC, Reiss, even Asos sell own-brand leather jackets. It's so hard to tell quality from photos and I haven't got the spare time to spend time trying on random leather jackets.
So my question is; Who, in your opinion make the best quality, best made, leather biker style jackets that I can get have delivered to England and ideally cost under or slightly over 1k.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. You guys are awesome.
Note: I say biker "style" jacket because I don't actually mean a leather motorcycle jacket, as they tend to much heavier on the account of armour and not really designed for everyday life, just riding and crashing.
