Hi,I recently bought an house and the thermostatic faucet in my shower never really worked well.I recently decided to remove the cartridge. It was full of waxy residue, I suppose the thermostatic part is based on wax expanding when heated, and whatever part of it contained the wax, it leaked and doesn't work anymore. I did try descaling it, it is much cleaner now and easier to turn but won't maintain the temperature any better.First thing I did was look on the faucet and the cartridge itself for a brand or model number, but for some odd reasons, on both parts I couldn't find anything at all. Then I went into some hardware / plumbing stores around where I live but couldn't find any similar cartridges. Here's a picture of the faucet. Here's a picture of the cartridge. The shell of cartridge is completely made of clear and black plastic. Also for what it's worth, I'm in Québec, Canada.Thank you via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/3broH29
