I have some medical problems that get worse because of stress. I have tried to reduce it by becoming a minimalist and embracing simple living.

The thing is, I love doing a lot of stuff, and sometimes I feel like I am doing more than I can handle for me to be more relaxed and peaceful and stress-free. Every time I try to focus on just a couple things and embrace free time I find myself just doing different things and keeping busy. Because I enjoy the things I do, I find it extremely hard to change the habit of wanting to always be doing something.

Do you have a specific thing that has helped you embrace stillness and find peace? Have you found a way to be less stressed even when having lots of activities?
