So I've read horror stories online about PayPal and how they almost never find in favor of the seller when a buyer makes a claim.

Consider me fortunate because I just won a claim case where the buyer claimed I sold him something "not as described".

Figured I would post here with my experience. Basically, paypal asks for a response from each party on why they should be awarded the decision in the case

Fortunately in my situation, the buyer left maybe a 4 sentence response. I took the opportunity to write an essay, lol. I posted the ad where I listed the item, showing what was described in the sale. I then rebutted each point in detail made by the buyer, and finally I listed my heatware seller rating at the end. He claimed I sold him a damaged graphics card, but waited 34 days after receiving the item to make the claim. I pointed out this delay in my response as well

AMA? lol :) pretty happy, I gotta say. I was expecting to get screwed figuring everyone I spoke to told me PayPal sides with the buyer 99% of the time
