I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes.
My grandfather passed about a year ago, and immediately after, my parents went through his place cleaning it out and such. My dad's grandfather was a butcher, but he died before my dad could really get to know him. However, he found all of the old (early-mid 20th C) butcher's knives in the basement and still has them. I would like to give him a certificate or something to get them refurbished or even just properly cleaned up, but don't know where to start. Any thoughts?
