Hey guys! I’m looking to invest in real estate. I live in New Jersey where some of the property taxes here can reach $20,000 (US) a year for a small $200,000 (US) house. Do you guys think there’s any way to make a real profit with property taxes being so high? Or will the property taxes take up almost all profit? Thanks!
