When this summer to Alaska on a work and travel program. I got sick and went to visit a doctor to get checked and get some prescriptions for antibiotics.

Now, my insurance covered covered the most of the bill and all I had to pay was a deductible 50$ for the hospital visit. I noticed this when I got a letter in mail from the Seward hospital. Since, not being a US citizen and living in Serbia, can hospital sue somehow or make me pay that in any way?

Please, note that 50 bucks in my country is 1/4 of average monthly salary here, and it is not really easy to pay that amount before saying some bad things.

I'm just looking for an advice about this matter, and if it's possible to avoid this somehow or just delay it until my next visit.
