So yesterday my 16 year old sister was driving home from lunch with her over dramatic friend, they went around a corner and hit ice and slid off into some snow. They had friends pull them back on to the road and then they went back to school fine. Her friend then said her “head hurt and she needed to go to the hospital”. So she checked into the emergency room and they did a bunch of different scans just to tell her nothing is wrong, but now her parents are making my parents pay the bill because she was in my sisters car. My dad is discussing getting an attorney. Is there anything we can do or is it a waste of time? Thank you so much in advance
