Sorry if this is a dumb question. I occasionally buy a ready to eat rotisserie chicken and pick all the meat off to have with random meals for a few days. Is it definitely worth it to made the leftover bones and skin and meat i didn't find into a broth? It kind of feels like all the veggies like carrots, celery and onion is kind of wasteful.
