In talking, the job was 4 days a week with flat salary. After the interview, the job offer was for 5 days a week, similar salary and an added bonus to equal what I currently make. What are the cons to this? I know that base salary means my take home will be less next year. And my "bonus" will be taxed differently. Should I push for the 4 days? What options should I request or expect?
