Hey Guys,
I'm an 18 year old college student hoping to start a Roth IRA through Vanguard. of right now. Some background info: I am looking to invest around $5k-$10k and sit on it for 10 to 15 years as I have my financial situation figured out for the next 10-15 years and can do what I please with the money that I have currently. Anyways, I am about to open an account and start with some ETFs. The question I have is what should I invest in? I'm thinking VTI, VGT, and VOOG. I'm unsure right now if those are the best investments, but seeing as I am opening a Vanguard account, those seem like a good place to start at. If you have any advice for an 18 year old who wants to sit on some ETFs for 10-15 years, help me out!
Quick edit: I plan on adding to the account monthly, and do not plan on actually selling anything for at least 10-15 years.
