One that
- is relatively inexpensive ($40 tops, preferably under $30)
- support wifi and/or Ethernet connection
- NOT require Internet access to setup or use, but would work on a local LAN without any Internet connection
- NOT require proprietary apps to view the video stream, but instead would allow viewing via something like VLC via an mjpeg stream or rtsp, etc from a PC on the local LAN.
- available from a US seller (Amazon, or other site)
- Bonus if it had a web interface to adjust controls/settings.
