I just got all my back pay from SSI. It's about 24k and I'm not sure how to dog is it up after taking about 5k to pay some bills and do fun stuff.
What's a good place to go to that I can put my ssi check to.
What should I do with the incoming checks( about 400 a month)
Should I start investing in stocks?
Are bonds a good idea, if so what kind?
Where else should I seek advice?
Is there a bank that's good at dealing with ssi related banking?
To answer questions I know I'm going to get.
I'm autistic, no that doesn't hinder me, I just need help with various basic life skills. I had a job but quit do to ddd or disability services as it's called here. Yes I have a payee. No they do not have any access without me verbally consenting over everything and I must be present at the same time.
If you could pick a question and answer it, it will help me tremendously as I like facts and cross checking. Thank you.
