You know how it is, you get a box for a sterno cup food thing for a wedding or birthday and you know for a fact it's re-gifted. The box is starting to wear on the sides, you open it up and there's dust in it.
Is that frugal or rude? Shouldn't you just give it to a thrift store at a certain point?
