It was a lovely spring afternoon and I was walking down this old gravel road next to some farmers fields. The fields were full of sheep and their lambs. Nearby birds were singing and I was away from any man made noises. A light breeze made the grassy hills look all wavy.
I just ended up sitting down on the side of the road for a bit and just took it all in. It felt so peaceful and for a while I felt like all the troubles of the world just melted off me.
I might not seem like much but it was a very serene experience and I just wanted to share. Apologies if this is the wrong sub.
