Hey,

So I have a postal scale and just for kicks I weighed some prepared foods I bought from a grocery store. As in some food the helper man/woman puts into a container and weighs. And also you can make your own salad at the salad bar or buy lunch. Scoop it into a container and the register weighs it.

Well what’s funny , is that my postal scale weighs the items 15-20% less than the store scales at the register do. So, if my scale is correct, then I over paid by 15-20% for years!
Anyone have any info on this subject. And just a kind of warning for anyone being frugal.
