(I apologise if this question has been asked before)
The price difference on the tags sometimes astounds me. For example, $39.99 at Burlington with a "comparative price" of $99.99 elsewhere sounds a little too good to be true. Especially when you throw in that things will go on sale or clearance from there. Is what you find at these stores (be it clothes, shoes, bags, whatever) outlet quality, or old styles/ styles that just didn't sell well, or do you find the same quality and styles at other stores? Some combination thereof? How do you tell?
I don't really care about styles (but other readers probably do), mainly the quality. I don't want to buy a product from a brand that is highly rated, only to come home with an inferior product that doesn't live up to my expectations, and thus becomes a waste of money.
