Let's say I went simple and got a 2% cash back on anything, since I only want to travel one time per year and I don't use much gas (my wife works from home). I do groceries from Walmart and I'm not sure if they count as groceries in the categories.
Just to earn $500 I would have to spend $25,000.
Since you can't put things like mortgage on a credit card, it seems like it would take years to accumulate, for a lousy few hundred bucks.
Am I missing something?
