So last week someone I presume accidentally sent my sister 1k through zelle. Then today they sent another 2k. The sender name seems like a company name. Last week she spent a little of the 1k cause she just thought she got lucky and whoever sent it isn’t getting it back. Kind of like an oh well finders keepers thing! What should she do now? She doesn’t want to get in trouble. She’s a 17 yo college student.
UPDATE: thanks for all the advice everyone. She’s not going to touch the money at all and when the time comes we’ll have to decide the safest way to resolve the situation.
