Not sure if this is the best place to ask this, if not, apologies.I have some gadgets/appliances from Japan that I brought over, and they have the same plug type as US, but different voltage. It's 100V in Japan, and 120V in the US. I've looked up on Amazon for the products, and the people say in the Q/A section that it works fine, but other forums say an adapter is needed.
