I recently ordered from ThredUp. If you don’t know what it is, ThredUp is an online thrift store. I’m an idiot so I ordered a good deal of clothing from the website. But it STILL hasn’t even been processed at all! I made this order 2 WEEKS ago! I’ve emailed and tried calling ThredUp customer service but they either give this good for nothing automated reply or their call line is dead! How can they even do that?! I seriously want my money back but I can’t even have the option to cancel my order! Absolute BULLSHIT! Pardon my language.
Does anyone know how to get their money back? Or even get a human to respond? This customer service is crap and a total disgrace!
