I buy used clothing on Ebay and 99% of the time, the item absolutely reeks of fragrance. Even after vinegar/baking soda/multiple washes some of the items still reek. I get respiratory symptoms, headaches, & often skin reactions(very sensitive skin). I just received a pair of pants and could smell the item before I even opened the package.
Any suggestions for something to use that actually removes these fragrances? I just washed the pants with my laundry detergent/some BacOut and opened the washer to find that the pants still smelled very strongly and now everything I washed with them smells as well. It’s very frustrating.
