I've been researching flatware and it seems that Liberty Tabletop comes highly recommended. I like the Annapolis design since it seems fairly simple/classic and it comes in two finishes (mirror or satin). I like the mirror finish, but are these hard to maintain over the life of the utensils? Satin looks nice, but not sure if they'd fit in when used for more formal dining.
