So my roommate and I share a tiny fridge and since he is heavier set than me I don't have much room for food. I have been drinking soylent which helps but it only fills me up for 4 hours. I work 12 hours a day and would like to know what food takes up no or little space. I don't want to spend much time on preparations since my time is more valuable than my pallet. Protien bars? MREs? What is affordable and efficient?
