Hi everyone, I finally *nearly* perfected a meal plan that seems to successfully address the balance of being cheap, health, and easy to prepare. I've struggled for so long to find this balance but I think I'm finally getting there. The prices come from the cheapest bulk versions of the items at my local Food Lion. It's possible a calculation is *slightly* off here and there, so please don't judge me. Let me know if there's any suggestions for other tweaks I can make! Here's what I've got:
