Looking to make some money on the side. I live in the South and was considering investing in a lawn aerator (surprisingly expensive) to market to my neighbors. Anything you can suggest a fully capable / pretty handy person can do to make some money on the side would be appreciated! Would prefer a service that I could provide where there is no opportunity for the small percentage of people to complain about shoddy workmanship.
