I used to have wainscotting cap like this in my bathroom. The wainscotting itself sticks out from the wall 5/16".I need to replace the cap but all I can find looks like this. The store I purchased it from said it would work but if I try to install it it angles against the wall and it looks like water would pool on the top of it (the top is a bit wider than in the picture). I also can't figure out how to cut it so it joins together in the corners correctly since it angles against the wall.I've searched half a dozen stores in Seattle and surrounding areas looking for this stuff but no one seems to know where I can find it. I've also searched on the internet for instructions but I can't find anything that isn't using just a basic chair rail cap or what I used to have. I'm not even sure what that angled cap is called. What are my options for capping my wainscotting? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Y20z3r
