I am a 17 year old male from south central LA and I am tired of being here seeing a lot of people stuck in here for generations. I don’t want to be that person I want to give my future family a better life. I’ve learned about investing for example in properties, stocks, digital currency, and I’ve also learned that you can let people borrow money and earn interest from that loan. I am going to be a senior this fall and I’m willing to give up playing a sport to work a full time job ,since I will be 18, to start making some money and saving it for investments. I do not want to go straight into investing into something more practical like stocks because I don’t know everything about it. I would prefer saving a couple thousand dollars from here to maybe around 25 and buy a house and rent it or flip it depending on what I decide. I don’t want to go after a long term career that will have me in debt for many years. I was thinking going to community college and getting a short career. Can you guys help me out to at least have an outline of what I have to do in order to reach my goal. I don’t aim at being at the top 1% but I do want to live in a neighborhood where I don’t have to worry about my kids not coming back home or having break ins on my house.
