Hello, i'm a 26 year old single Australian looking for some advice on how to use my money. I've just hit $100,000 in savings and have a fulltime permanent salary of about $56,000 a year. I live at home and pay $200 a week in rent but other than that my money pretty much just sits there. I have $27,000 in uni debt which I only pay the compulsory repayments per fortnight. I was wondering what to use my money on. Should I be looking to get into the property market? Make investments? Pay off my uni debt? Any advice greatly appreciated :)
