As the title says, Contractor was supposed to remove two oil tanks and he opened the valve and I guess nothing came out immediately, but he left them open without a bucket under the nozzle and just left. He pretends he didn’t know what happens but conveniently cut out the copper pipes and took off with those.How can I clean this mess? I have used about 20 bags of oil absorber, but there is residue everywhere. My plan was to put flooring above this concrete.
