Had a phone interview last week and they offered me an in-person interview on the spot. I dont meet all the qualifications (the job description has a lot of duties) but reading between the lines the main area where they need help I have a lot of experience.

I would probably be happy even on the lower end of the spectrum but I dont want to sell myself short. Should I go a bit high and meet them in the middle?

Other notes: Friend says I dont need to disclose how much I currently make. Is that true? (California) Vacation is much more generous and my commute will only be 10 minutes more.

Appreciate any advice you can give. Thank you
