For some background, I'm in the military in a barracks room. Not a lot of room, so I can't own stuff anyways. But I had a few fun things. But lately I've just been looking over some stuff. And I realized there was shit I bought a year ago that I hadn't used for a year. So I sold those.
And then i looked at my expenses per month and realized I was wasting a lot of money on vending machines and the gut truck (Food truck).
Cutting out stuff like that, selling my tv and game systems, and selling any other shit I don't need. I made a ton of extra money, which I was easily able to put down for savings and paying off my student loans.
Living in such a small space is also showing me that I don't need a big house, hell a small cabin in the woods would work great. There is just so much shit I realized I don't need, and shit that I thought I wanted. But now that I'm cutting out so much of that stuff. I have a lot more money, and I'm enjoying life a lot better.
