I am contemplating the question of the title. I have been a long time gamer and I put myself in a position to get a setup that is really nice for gaming (good rig and 2 144hz monitors). It's nice, but all good things come to an end and I find myself not enjoying video games anymore. I want to strive for a life of simplicity, obtaining knowledge and becoming a better human being, and I feel like the setup is more of a distraction at this point from that. It also doesn't seem practical to have such a setup without playing any games. I have a Chromebook that can handle basics, so I won't be completely missing out on that. I just wanted to get some opinions on what should be done. Maybe someone else has gone through or is going through something similar.
TLDR; Long time gamer wants to sell his pc gaming setup due to not enjoying video games and a want for a more simple, knowledge-seeking life.
