This sale has been going on for a few weeks, I got a pair of 1000 Miles for 50% MSRP off a few weeks ago. The shop is closing multiple locations, but they have consolidated multiple shops' inventory at this location, and update the stock occasionally.
They currently have a pretty good selection of sizes, especially Red Wing. Some Iron Rangers, RW Chukkas, RW Moc Toes, 1000 Miles, etc.
