I'm turning 17 soon and have managed to save up quite a bit of change in the last year or so-$5100 to be exact-and I'm curious as to what I can do with that money so I can earn more. I have my license but I am not interested in a car as they are an incredulous waste of time, effort, and money. Commuting to school and work are not issues, and most of the time free (parents), or of little cost (public transport), so my expenses are down to my (CAD) $128/month cell phone bill, which is easily paid off with a day of work. Reddit, what is the smartest thing to do with the money I have saved?
