Hi y'all,during one of my more disastrous mornings, I dropped something on our electric stove and shattered the glass top. While replacing the whole thing seems a bit silly as it still functions fine, I was wondering if /r/diy can help me to replace the glass. While I don't expect anyone to come by my place to help me unscrew something, I am wondering following:can the glass be replaced (or is there more to it than just opening it up, replacing the broken pane and closing it all again)if so can any glass be used (or does it have to be the same manufacturer/model - but still stovetop glass)Thanks! via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2WEyOJf
