First time poster here. I've recently bought a new house with my partner and we are doing a bit of redecorating. Nothing major, but we ran into a problem trying to remove a built in wardrobe. After unscrewing every screw we could find, the majority of the wardrobe has come away from the wall, apart from one long, thin piece of wood which appears to be stuck. This might be because it was super glued to the wall (a number of the other components had the same treatment) or because it had been painted over. There are no screws left holding it together.Does anyone have any idea how to get it off without/minimising damage to the wall? A friend suggested a crowbar, but I don't want to end up with a big hole in the wall to fix. I was thinking maybe some sort of solvent to dissolve the glue/paint?I'm out at the moment but will add a photo later. Thanks for the help in advance! via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2VuKoVW
