Currently bulking on a budget. Every couple nights I'll make a chichi, which is basically ramen noodles mixed with anything you feel like throwing in. Usually I'll put in canned salmon and shredded cheese, super easy way to stack my calories up, but I'm a little wary of the long term effects of eating ramen, on my physical and mental health. I also don't like the fact that they are deep fried in vegetable oil, which I believe to be very bad for us.
I suppose I could just boil some spaghetti noodles, but it's not quite the same for whatever reason. What alternatives do I have for a delicious and cheap noodle base?
