Per my Condo's HOA, window units are not allowed:
"Window air conditioners are not permitted. Portable air conditioners venting to the inside of a screen are permitted."
That leads me to belive that a portable unit is my only option. Price is not an issue, I just want the quietest unit with the coldest air. Based on the Wirecutter article, the LG LP1419IVSM seems like the best option.
Does anyone have a better suggestion or solution?
