New screens on porch question. Better to secure screen to each window opening or use one big piece to cover several openings?

The current screens are secured on the outside of the porch, with 1x4’s in between each opening and on the top. The bottom boards are getting replaced. I thought it would be easier and possibly more durable to have one big section of screen cover several openings rather than cutting and securing for each opening. Thoughts?
