The sauce from my leftover crockpot BBQ pulled pork looked delicious so I simmered it on the stove to reduce it and concentrate the flavor. Then I added 3 cans of different (drained) beans. Those beans over rice made for great super cheap lunches. Also worked with leftover pulled taco flavored chicken this week for bean burrito bowls!
