Ok so i know this sub is mostly about stocks but i figured id try to post this here to see if i can get any ideas.
So im a truck driver in USA and by far the worst part is the lack of parking. Truck stops fill up super quick to the point people just start making their own spaces. Everyone bitches about the shortage of truck drivers but not on thr shortage of parking.
So i was thinking what if i buy land off the interstate to just basically pave and create a lot of truck parking and charge a resonable fee for entry. Id gladly pay 5 bucks to park if im tired and theres none already. Charge like .50 for a half hour....idk.
What would be my first steps to looking into how i can make that happen? I dont even know where id begin. Any help appreciated.
