I’m an American working “under the table” because my boss refuses to add me to payroll and refuses to give me a w2. What do I do?

Title say it all. What can I do to make sure I receive a w2 from him.

He owns the company and doesn’t take any taxes from my check.

I’m not an independent contractor.
