Moving 1200 miles away next week. Also downsizing. I need to get rid of some big ticket items like 2 loveseats and a big kitchen table with 4 chairs. Also smaller items like baby stuff (which I can donate to a shelter or something)
I haven’t had the best of luck on OfferUp. People are super flakey and want to haggle when I’ve already listed everything as DIRT cheap. They just never respond or flake. I’m running out of time and need it gone. Do I maybe try craigslist and list it as free? I do have a truck and am able to take it to GoodWill but I would rather not have to do that. I live in a townhouse complex so leaving it by the road with a FREE sign isn’t really an option.
The stuff is in good shape and good quality. It’s not junk at all. We just don’t have room for it during the move.
