I have been at my current job for over 2 years and I feel as if I am underpaid for the amount of work I do, which includes several projects beyond the scope of the job (although I did ask for them). The funny thing is they even tell me my comp-ratio on my internal HR site (where information, timecard,etc are kept). I have been looking for another job but the going is slow and I could use some advice on how to ask for a raise, as I have never been in this position and honestly feel weird about asking for one.
